Week 2-CT

So yesterday I finished out my week with some CT

Walking-Forty minutes at a brisk pace (3.6 mph) around the Waterway and Market Street for a total of two and a half miles with Kylee in her stroller munching away on cheerios.  Was somewhat tiring what with doing the ramps on the bridge and the ramp up to street level at Six Pines.  Really felt like I'd earned lunch though by the time I stopped to eat.

Reward:  Yoga-"Beyond Basic Yoga for Dummies"-Fifty minutes.  Nice calm stretching yoga.  Very relaxing and nice to stretch as all this running seems to make me feel quite tight.  Not the most strenuous workout, finally felt good and strong doing "Upward Dog" though, so that's something, I guess.
