Goal: Run for five minutes, walk for two and a half minutes, repeat four times for thirty minutes, four runs this week one CT.
Tenth Run- 4.37 "Wii Miles" , Kylee's nap, Chris awake, ran with Sesame Street on for Chris. Was a pretty good run, considering it was the second day in a row of running. Ended on a high note. Still prefer running on softer surfaces. Right Achilles tendon a bit sore. Stupid tile.
CT2/3-Walked with Gabie and the kids in the strollers up the Waterway and back on Monday and Tuesday (about 2.5 miles each) brought Madison (the chihuahua) with us Tuesday. Taking a full rest day on Wednesday to clean the house/do laundry and let my legs rest up for next week's runs.
Reward is supposed to be a frappucino but I don't want one. Considering a second Red Mango this week instead.
From here on out, I will be referring to run numbers by which run it is that week instead of the running totals I've been doing to this point.
