Last run before the race on Saturday.
Warm up-five minutes, .5 incline, 4mph
Run-10 m, .5 incline, 5 mph; 10 m, .5 incline, 11m/m
Cooldown-5 m, .5 incline-0, 4 mph, brief stretching.
Much nicer than running on concrete. My feet were happy.
