Dance Aerobics-9:30 a.m.
Class was nice and slightly challenging. Gabie had some trouble keeping up and I got lost a time or two as well :p
55 min w/rushed cool down.
Medium level of sweat.
Taught by "Lisa v" nicely encouraging.
I'd do it again.
Main down thing, shadowbend y child watch is a little ghetto.
