Goal: Run for three minutes, walk for three minutes, repeat five times for thirty minutes, three runs this week one CT.
Sixth Run- 2.39 miles, Kylee and the Graco stroller of doom, Chilly but not in a bad way. Okay pace, but it's hard to run pushing a stroller, made the fourth and fifth run segments seem really hard. I think this is partially because I am distracted by Kylee and thus push myself harder than I should (note further distance, but with a stroller, hence faster pace + resistance) and burn out toward the end of my runs. Still need a bit longer route, though, as even with all the cul de sacs and the long route around the park, I still ended up doing the back and forth in front of the house for three minutes.
Picked up a yoga dvd from the library for my CT tomorrow, maybe a nice long slow walk, too. We'll see.
