Week 3-CT

Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones-Kylee's Morning Nap
Nice to get my workout in early, certainly feel more done for the day this way.  Really like this workout as it feels intense all the way through and like I'm doing something as opposed to wasting my workout time.  Man am I ever sore.
Thinking about Advil maybe.
Bruised up my arm sometime last night when I was nursing Kylee and it's still really tender.
Feeling more optimistic about tomorrow's run.
Weight down again (118), need to add yet more calories every day.  Time to break out the Oreos, I guess.
