Goal: Run for five minutes, walk for two and a half minutes, repeat four times for thirty minutes, four runs this week one CT.
Seventh Run-2 miles (wussed out), Kylee and the Graco stroller of doom, Rainy and Chilly but not as cold as it has been. Five minutes is kicking my butt and how. Had to stop early on the last two sections hardly did any of the last section. Should "train up" and feel better after three more of this run, right? Hope so. We'll see how I'm doing after Tuesday.
Actually missed not running yesterday, was weird. First time I've felt a compulsion to exercise but had to be all "no you're resting today." CT definitely necessary.
