Goal: Run for seven minutes, walk for three minutes, repeat three times for thirty minutes, four runs this week two CT.
CT-Friday-Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones-Yay for the circuit training! Got interrupted alot but got through the DVD. Glad to squeeze a workout in. Also nice because it felt like work but not in the same way as running.
Run 2-Saturday morning-2.48 street miles , Kylee and Chris at home with Ben, ran a lap at the neighborhood, a lap at the track and home from the swamp. First section doable. Second section doable. Third run section one fifteen second walk break. Weather was gorgeous. Lower back a little sore from extra curricular activities. Enjoyed a nice afternoon walking around the Arbor Day festival and around Market Street for our date. Looked at jogging strollers at Luke's Locker...thinking maybe next week for a BOB SUV stroller.
More Walking-Went to the zoo Sunday afternoon. Legs sore.
