Week 4-Run 3 and 4

Goal: Run for seven minutes, walk for three minutes, repeat three times for thirty minutes, four runs this week two CT.

Run 3-Monday Morning-"4.53 wii miles", Kylee napping, ran loops in the living room.  Felt good, mom interupted at the end.


Walk-Tuesday and Monday with Gabie at Waterway.  2.5 miles each.

Run 4-Tuesday Afternoon-"4.23 wii miles", Kylee napping, ran loops in the living room.  Felt good, ankles hate running on tile.  Chris interrupted during second walk (threw off pacing) poop-y pants.  Yoga cool down.
