BODYflow was a really fun class incorporating tai chi yoga and pilates for a challenging mix of strength balance and zen type training. Prefer it to yoga as it was much more strength emphasizing.
Took it again Thursday. Much more challenging with a different teacher. Abs and back and balance and sun salutations and twists and legs sections again, but each set different than yesterday so the variation was nice. Would want to take this once a week.
