Goal: Run for two minutes, walk for four, repeat five times for thirty minutes, three runs one CT.
First run- 2.1 miles, took Kylee in her stroller, went a little too fast. Hard on third run segment.
Second run- 2.2 miles, still a little too fast, doable
CT-Yoga
Third run- 1.2 miles, no Kylee, good pace, had to stop early because Chris was getting sick.
CT 2 / Reward-Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones DVD (brutal, that)
Overall I feel like I want to go on my runs now, am looking forward to my next run. Think this all may be possible.
